Grace Care Center has been providing quality care since 1990 to the Wichita Falls/Wichita county area. The facility is conveniently located near local hospitals (across the street from United Regional 11th Street Campus) in the downtown area of the city. Transportation to appointments is provided. Our Director of Nurses has been serving the Wichita Falls community for over 25 years. Monthly continuing education is provided for the staff. The facility is large enough to accomodate the needs of our residents but small enough to provide quality individual care. Daily activities are tailored to the desires and needs of the residents. Licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day to provide quality nursing care to include, but not limited to: IV therepy, wound care, diabetic management, medication management, trach management, and PEG feeding/management.
