    Our skilled nursing facility staff is committed to assist individuals to achieve their highest possible funcitoning level and ultimately get them back to their home and community at a lower level of care. YTD, we have returned 57% of all admissions back home at a lower level of care. We partnered with Accelerated Care Plus 10 years ago and use state of the art therapy equipment. ACP provides the same equipment for professional team atheletes including L.A.'s own Dodgers baseball team. We are an award winning center. In 2009, we were awarded the Operational Excellence Award from Covenant Care Inc. Out of 50 SNFs, we were one of 14 SNFs to achieve this award. In addition, for seven consecutive years, we have earned the Rehabilitation Operational Excellence Award. For six straight years, we have earned the clinical excellence award. Lastly, in 2008, we earned the Quality Care Step 1 Award from AHCA.
