    Highlights
Our philosophy is that the residents' feelings, beliefs and values are the focus of their care. Residents are empowered to make their own decisions and choices related to their care. We encourage our residents and families to participate in the care planning process. We are very proud of our professional staff of nurses and our Certified Nursing Assistants who give the best possible care. We're here to support, encourage, teach and when needed, totally care for the resident's physical and psychological needs. The cultural needs of the individual are respected; accommodations are made to make the resident feel comfortable. The nursing department works closely with other departments including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and the Recreation Department to enhance the resident's progress. Hospice works hand in hand with our nurses and residents to provide pain management and emotional support for patients and their families. We also pride ourselves in our ability to provide skilled nursing in the areas of wound management, nutritional support, cardiac and respiratory services as well as the tender loving care needed in caring for our Alzheimers residents. Our Medical Director, who is Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, oversees the medical care of all the residents. We are committed to deliver the best possible care to you and your loved one.
