    Silver Tree is an innovative living and rehabilitation center, offering close to 50,000 square feet of living space with dedicated wellness areas. Walking paths weave through a garden courtyard leading to our "Silver Spoon Cafe" featuring specialized coffee and cookies. Our resident rooms offer cable TV and phone service, including unlimited long distance service. When life changes occer, it is reassuring to know that our professional, experienced associates will guide you through your stay in our health care center. At Silver Tree we train our associates to give: C.A.R.E. "Compassionate Associates Reflect Excellence" which is a culture expected to radiate in our center. Our unique Nstep Physical Rehabilitation Program and Wellness Center combines Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapies to provide high quality rehabilitation services to clients that are Inpatient or Outpatient.
