    Ely Manor is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to downtown Allegan. Ely Manor specializes in rehab-to-home services. All Ely Manor Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists have Bachelor's or Master's degrees in their specialties. Ely Manor therapists create healing relationships with their patients. Energetic and creative, our therapists are integral members of the Ely Manor team. They provide essential input as health care professionals work together with patients and their families to design individual care plans. We also offer long-term skilled care in a nurturing environment. We have licensed nursing staff 24 hours a day. Ely Manor offers the highest level of quality healthcare services to meet the basic and skilled nursing needs of our residents. Led by our Medical Director and Director of Nursing, our team of professionals include: RNs and LPNs Certified Nurses Aides Registered Dietician Social Workers Activity Director Our residents are encouraged to participate in the many activities and special events taking place. At Ely Manor we believe that remaining active results in a higher level of awareness and a higher quality of life. A full range of organized group and individual activities are conducted to create this quality of living for our residents. Ely Manor also offers a secured Dementia & Alzheimer's Unit. Our program provides integrated care for persons at all levels of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The consistency of positive stimuli in the environment plays an important role in achieving the goals of stability for those with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
