We offer 24 Hour Skilled Nursing Care for Short Term Rehabilitation, Respite Stays, Long Term Care and a warm and caring environment. Restauant Style Dining with SELECT MENU, or In- Room / your CHOICE! Highly credentialed 24 HOUR NURSING with RN on duty. NO AGENCY STAFF. In-House Rehabilitation with Physical, Occupational and Speech, Cognitive Therapy. Recreational Therapist. Religious programming, full time Chaplain, musical, pet, child friendly activities.     Meadowbrook Care Center has 91 active volunteers to offer serivce to our residents, among these are 1:1 visits, Catholic Communion and Mass, Weekly Protestant Religious Services, Non Denominational Religious Services, Bingo, Pet Therapy, Pet Visits, Special Dementia programming, Musical Guests, Therapeutic Drumming, Resident Council, Red Hat Ladies. Our Department of Family and Resident Services offers a variety of Public Services to the Community and Community Outreach. Each Spring we hold our Annual Easter Egg Hunt and in the Fall our annual "Pumpkin Harvest Festival" open to the public with hundreds attending.
