    All caregiving staff are CNA certified. All facility staff receive training upon hire in Alzheimer's and dementia, and monthly.

    Residents may be in our Friendship House (memory care unit) if they need specialized memory programming and/or are exit-seeking. A resident may be moved off the Friendship House and into an ICF bed if they become dependent for most of their care needs. Residents with extreme behavioral issues including physical aggression towards other residents may be requested to get further treatment outside of the facility.
