    Autumn Grove Care Canter maintains an ongoing quality of care program through focusing on the individual needs of each resident. This care begins with providing well trained ~ dedicated staff with adequate staffing levels. Resident care is provided with veteran staff having the same section on each shift with staff members who complement the days off being as consistant as possible. Continuinity of care is where quality care begins. In addition the administrative staff is involved in a supportive measure by providing room visits with residents, daily and weekly meetings, and staff education. The facility is well maintained and very clean, it boasts of a secured outdoor courtyard that permits the residents to enjoy gardening and beautiful weather days!

    Autumn Grove attempts to work with residents who have Alzheimer's Disease discharge of a patient with diagnosis for behavior reasons is uncommon, medically we cannot provide care for a resident on a ventilator.

    The activities program provides special groups through out the day for resident's with cognitive impairment. The Jolley Trolley is available 24/7 with items available for residents use for self interest, ie coloring books, objects to paint, puzzle books, picture books, simple crafts and more! residnts are provided a companion radio for listening to special stations, these stations include: Old radio talk shows, music from the 1940's & '50's, classical music, and more!
