    Pine Lane Healthcare is located conveniently close to the hospital. We provide transportation to and from Doctor's appointment and shopping. We offer a Special Care Unit designed to meet the needs of Alzheimer, Dementia, OBS, behavior issues and elopement risk residents. We also offer specialized therapies for short term care and / or Long term care. We have several wondrful groups that come in to entertain along with providing Sunday church services. Our Activity Program is exceptional and offers a wide variety of daily activities to attend.

    The only way a patient would be discharged with Alxheimer's would be sexual or violent aggression that is uncontrolable through all other efforts. Our secure unit is mixed gender and we make every effort to keep them safe and comfortable.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    We have an outdoor courtyard connected to the unit, this is nice for our residents because they can enjoy being outdoors safely. We have ongoing activities on the unit that meet the specific needs of our residents on the secure unit.
