    Highlights
    Alliance Healthcare Center at Braintree is a 101 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The facility offers 24/7 day a week nursing/medical coverage as well as 6-7day week rehabilitation services for those that qualify after a hospitalization. Alliance Healthcare Center Braintree has a 19 bed Transitional Care Unit featuring state of the art amenities for high functioning alert and orientated individuals requiring short term rehabilitation after a hospitalization. The facility also features two 41 bed nursing units to meets the needs of longer term residents.
