Heritage Green is located just minutes from Memorial Regional Hospital and many physician offices. It offers a homelike environment where each "neighborhood" has its own dining room, living room area and secured courtyard. Our expert and compassionate staff allow residents to continue to use skills that remain, while assisting those whose needs are more intensive. This allows those, for example, with Alzheimer’s to remain throughout their illness progression. Our partnership with a local hospice gives residents and families the additional support to make this possible.
