Practical nurses, linked to PT, OT, SPEECH Therapy, behavior mngmnt, Podiatrist , done in the ALF. MD visits once in 2 months. Free meds pick up CVS Hoadly. Close to Prince William Hosp., Potomac Hosp, we have 5 levels of care , assessment is based on UAI.(Uniform Assessment Instrument), Activities are: Bingo, Card games, Ring toss, Karaoke/Videoke,Chair Exercises, Bible study every Tues,Atrs & crafts, Puzzles, etc
