    We understand that everyone's situation is unique

    a variety of independent and assisted living

    Bathing - Personal Hygiene
    Toileting (monitor bowel movement)
    Medication admininstration
    24-hour availability of continuous monitoring
    and assessment of the person’s response to treatment.
    Monitor oxygen usage
    Assistance with exercise and treatment plans
    Acomodate special diets and eating habits
    Planning and preparing nutritious meals
    Fall Precautions
    Non-ambulatory assistance, wheel-chair, walker
    Monitor as needed:
    Blood pressure, pulse and weight
    Blood sugar & Insulin admininstration
    Weight control
    Liaison with health support staff and family
    Escort medical/professional visits
    Full housekeeping
    Plan visits and social outings
    Transportation Assistance
