    Our home is 10 min away from the Mayo Clinic Shopping center is 5 minutes drive - Desert Ridge Market place Our subdivision is sorrounded with the Golf course greens We cooked meals from scratch - mostly from residents preferences Our caregivers are compassionate, loving, cheerful and they are the owners of the home One on one care - high quality care for each residents We treat our residents like our own We celebrate everybody's birthday and anniversaries with cake and ice cream Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Years day are celebrated with lots of food and families are welcome. A 12ft Christmas tree is standing in the living room where residents have a chance to help in decorating. It is lit everynight where tea and hot chocolate is served before they go to bed. this became a tradition in our facility. Two of our residents have been with us for 4 years now.

    For residents who still could walk, we encourage them to walk in the backyard. Our staff reads to them daily using books and the daily newspaper. Families bring pictures for them to look at whenever they felt like it. We also let them participate on some activities like folding light hand towels, catch bean bag balls, throw velcor darts on a a felt cloth material, etc
