    We are located less than 1 mile east of Scottsdale Healthcare- and only 26 blocks west of mayo clinic. We are able to provide temporary and permanent stays and can provide transportation to PT to any rehab centers. We focus on each resident as an individual and do everything we can to make them thrive. We try to make it easy on families’ bringing their loved one to live in our home.
