    Home Features: Hope Care Home is a single family setting nestled in the serene community of Finley Farms, located in the heart of Town of Gilbert, AZ. It is a Single-story home with vaulted ceilings. The Facility is licensed for all levels of care. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 4 private rooms and a single semi-private room. We have a spacious family room, living room and formal dining area with fully furnished common areas; Open floor plan for easy accessibility; wheelchair accessible in all areas Home Services: 24/7 supervision by trained and certified caregivers specialized in Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Parkinsons Care, appetizing home-cooked meals and delectable snacks, balanced meals for all dietary needs (including therapeutic diets) reviewed and prepared by resident dietitian. Grooming, housekeeping, and laundry provided by the staff:courteous, caring, certified and highly trained staff - monitoring, management and administration of medications - coordinating treatment plans with skilled and allied professionals Home Activities: Morning and afternoon exercises - resident birthdays and staff celebration - holiday celebrations - park, picnic and special celebrations - Karaoke Sing-a-long Variety of daily, well-planned activities such as Bingo-Rama, Movie Marathon, Arts & Crafts Making, Card Games, Board Games, etc. Senior Center visit 3x a week.
