Our rates are all inclusive thus, we the rent you pay will include all of your activity of daily living assistance to include: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc. Even in our memory care building -- no care charges! We are the only assisted living in York, SC. We accept respite grants for payment. We offer a separate memory care building away from our traditional assisted living which has new carpet, furniture, paint, trim, and activity areas--come pick your room color and your location! Gazebo soon to come! We will soon be adding fence and shrubs to encompass the entire property. Walking trails soon to come. Retirement housing to join the property to be built within 5 years! On-site physical & occupational therapy. On-site podiatry care available. On-site psychologist available bi-monthly. On-site dr. available weekly. Weekly shopping trips to Wal-mart. Scheduled outings throughout the community monthly.
