    Eaton Terrace II Assisted Living opened in 1988 to provide affordable, service-enriched housing to adults 62 and older. Located near Lakewood's Belmar Town Center, this community offers 66 studio apartments with beautiful downtown and mountain views. Eaton Terrace II offers a comprehensive all-inclusive service package with the emphasis on keeping residents healthy, functional and in charge of their own well-being. We have a dietician available for consultation as well as some special diets.
