    Highlights
Our senior living community is located in the historic town of Golden, Colorado, nestled in a residential neighborhood with spectacular views of the foothills. Our new, clean, state-of-the-art building is bright, beautiful, comfortable and “homey,” with many lovely community and activity areas for enjoying company and friends, or for quietly reading your favorite book. Our activities staff is very active, with up to six different events happening in the building every day. Everything from community bowling on our Wii, to picnics in the park, trips to the zoo (or Black Hawk!), gardening in our herb and patio gardens, exercise classes, cards clubs and parties, and matinee and prime time movies in our movie theatre (complete with fresh popped corn). We also have Happy Hour every Friday afternoon at 4 pm, with entertainment from local musicians – including former members of the Kingston Trio. In the kitchen, we have two four-star chefs and the dining room atmosphere and menu they create feel and taste like a fine restaurant experience. Last but not least: our compassionate care staff is available 24 hours a day, working under the direction of our LPN and RN to ensure our residents receive the finest care possible, which spans the range from basic assistance with medications and bathing to full support of our residents' physical, mental and emotional needs within our dementia / memory care unit.
