    RENT, FOOD AND CARE ARE ALL INCLUDED IN OUR MONTHLY RATE. PRIVATE PAY PATIENTS WILL REMAIN PRIVATE PAY FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS BEFORE CHANGING PAYMENT METHOD. PRIVATE AND SHARE ROOMS. FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED. SMOKERS CAN ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE.
