    Skylark is an assisted living and memory care community. Located on the campus of Mountain Meadows Retirement Community in Ashland, Oregon, it is set amidst the Cascade and Siskiyou mountains. Skylark is designed for adults who need some support in their daily lives. We provide a full range of personal care services in the privacy of residents' own apartments, a host of social activities, and a number of housing options. Our commitment to our residents is guided by six principles: Privacy Dignity Independence Choice Individuality Home-Like Environment Apartment Features Weekly housekeeping and fresh bed and bath linens, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, basic expanded cable TV service. Activities Our activity calendar includes exercise classes, crafts, movies, games, musical programs, local outings, shopping trips, educational opportunities, and religious services. Care Program Assisted Living offers a range of services to meet residents' needs. At the basic level, Assisted Living care includes 3 tasty, nutritious meals daily, snacks, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, access to 24-hour care staff and daily reminders. Increased levels of care including help with medications and personal hygiene are available. Our Memory Care is designed to help residents and their families through the changes of Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related illnesses. memory Care services are available at additional cost and are based on assessment of a resident's personal needs.
