    American House Royal Oak is located off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. With its homey, comfortable atmosphere everyone feels at home. We have studio apartments all on one floor. This is a very close knit community. We have all kinds of activities from religious services to exercise to gardening and crafts. Some of our outings include Tiger baseball games, cruises and of course shopping and going out to eat. We have weekly entertainers plus foot doctors and medical doctors that come regularly. Come and check us out. We try to keep everyone as independent and active as possible.

    Eligibility requirements:
    No, lease. Rent is $1725 a month. Veterans Aide and Attendance Pensions accepted. Will accept the Medicaid Waiver and Section 8 Vouchers. A onetime community fee is required up front.
