    Springvale Terrace is a non-profit retirement community designed to meet the physical, social, spirtual and psychological needs of the elderly. We are located in a charming residential community with a lovely courtyard. For more than 30 years, we have devoted our energies to contributing to the health, security, usefulness and happiness of our residents. Approximately 95% of our residents stay with us long-term. We do not charge an application fee nor a community fee and we offer month-to-month leases. We offer everything from independent living to Assisted Living Level III.

    We minister on-site to Catholic, Jewish and Protestant residents. We offer a wide variety of activities from Bible Study, Bingo, exercise club, walking club, coffee socials, happy hours, musical entertainment,seminars, outings, something for everyone!
