    Staff certifications and training:
    State laws do not require employees to be certified, as we do not offer any kind of "nursing" care. However, all of our staff recieves hands on training, upon hire and every 3 months we have refresher training sessions. We also have several inservice trainings throughout the year conducted by home health agencies.
