    Family type home surrounded by 3 acres of peaceful, wooded setting. We prepare on-site meals three times a day. We provide for residents that have dementia,Parkinson's and are stroke victims.We monitor our resident's health and report any change in their health to their family and or guardian. We have aon site Full Time Manager along with a Activities Director. We will find a way to meet the needs of our residents we treat them as family. We are licensed by the State of Ohio and insured.

    Diminished abilities or stage of disease that would result in a transfer or discharge:
    Severe, late-stage- Lack of ability to respond to environment, progressing to loss of speech and movement, general incontinence, abnormal reflexes and rigid muscles. These examples could be used to assess whether a resident is discharged from our home. If we feel that we can no longer care for our resident we will talk to the family and discuss a discharge.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    WE provide various activites, bingo, games, arts and crafts that require memory skills. We do have a Activities Director on staff to plan and conduct these activities.
