    Autumn Oaks provides a very homelike atmosphere for our residents. It is our goal to assist ourresidents in maintaining the maximum level of independence wof which they are capable. We provide assistance with personal care, nutritional needs and socialization. Meals are prepared onsite from scratch. Residents are encouraged to bring in favorite recipes and are asked to plan their own birthday dinner. Families are encouraged to participate in life at Autumn Oaks. We are located minutes from the interstate highway for easy access from Milwaukee and surrounding areas. We provide a daily exercise program. We also take "field" trips which include Senior Day at the county fair and local cultural sites. The owners/managers are onsite daily to assist the residents and families.
