We work closely with family, guardians, case management staff etc. We offer a staff to resident ratio of 1 to 5, much higher than other local facilities.

    All staff receive 40 hours of state mandated training in a variety of areas prior to working alone in the home. In addition, many staff are CNA certified. Staff receive a minimum of 13 hours of continuing education per year through on-site and off-site staff trainings.
