    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff undergo a minimum of 56 hours of certification training and an additional 3 days of hands on in home training. Additional 15 hrs/ year of "formal" training for all employees and additional training provided when needed. RN on staff will train caregivers in any special needs that arise, per need of residents.
