Our facility is a single story ranch home located on a beautiful wooded lot in a residential neighborhood. We are located in the southwest suburb of Milwaukee- Hales Corners (Milwaukee County). We are freeway accessible- easy on and off the Xpress way/Hwy 100. We have long term staff members- many who have worked for Park Hills for 10 or more years. Our monthly rate is all inclusive- we do not charge extra fees for medication management/administration, laundry, or special dietary needs. Our living room is home-like with a fireplace, large screen tv and plenty of windows to enjoy our beautiful wooded property. In the summer, residents may sit in our beautiful yard, enjoying the patio and wheelchair gardening. We take pride in the fact that we are independently owned, and small enough to provide the individualized attention to each of our residents. We are dedicated to maximizing the residents' level of self-care and independence, while promoting dignity and quality of life. Park Hills is part of the community. We enjoy visits from local churches, boys/girls scouting troops, library, and service groups ( Ex.Lion's Club) Let our Family Takes Care of Yours. You will never need to worry that your loved one is not receiving loving, kind and competent care.
