    Woodside Manor is a Community Based Residential Facility that offers an assisted living apartment for seniors 55 and older. We are a part of a senior community, which consists of Woodside Lutheran Home our skilled nursing facility, Woodside Oaks our Independent Living facility and Woodside Haven our Independent Living/HUD facility. The amenities that are provided at Woodside Manor are: Three nutritious meals served daily in our dining room Weekly cleaning of the apartment Weekly laundering of bed linen Basic and standard cable Heat and water Refrigerator Individual thermostat Telephone Jack Air-conditioner sleeve Emergency call lights First alert pendant Special diet planning Evening snack Private mailbox Additional storage available Security building with intercom Air-conditioned common areas Elevators Lounges Library Lounge for private parties Laundry facilities Convenient parking Planned social activities Travel, trips and tours Religious services Priority admission to Woodside Lutheran Home when space is available Not included but available: 24-hour care by health care assistants Beautician and barber service Personal laundry service Garages with automatic door opener Physical, occupational and speech therapy Monthly podiatrist, dental, audiology and eye care Guest lodging on campus at Woodside Oaks * Hospice care
