    Own and manage by registered nurse for 21 yrs who is experienced with geriatrics,medical surgical-oncology nursing and critical and emergency nursing and until now still practicing as RN at local ER hospital. Available and on call 24hrs for any problems or concerns.The administrator and the staffs are friendly,warmhearted,honest and loving people who are dedicated in providing the best care,attention ,respect as you and me wanted to be treated.The facility is in the vicinityof local stores,groceries,shopping mall,beauty parlors and just walking distance to local catholic church.The facility has special patio where residents can enjoy the fresh air and able to sit and relax.We are staff 24 hrs a day,provide special care to elderly by helping and assisting them with the daily activity living like showers,bath,doing the laundry for them,and daily hosekeeping. We serve 3 balance and nutritious meals three times a day and healthy snacks as 2 or 3 times per day.We prepare ethnic food per residents request or any special events.We accept private pay or approved medicaid weaver programs .We provide care to demented-alzheimer residents whom may need assestment prior to admission,we provide care to individual needing hospice care,rehab care s/p surgery,resident with home oxygen and treatment,resident who are fall risk at home ,elderly individual who got parkinson's dse.mild stroke,etc.. We provide daily activities for residents and provide transportation to and fr the doctor's office ,laboratory or store per schedule.

Family are envolved able to take care like able to take the resident for outing and take them for familiar place .
