    About My Business
Arbors Memory Care Community is a family-owned and operated community for residents with Alzheimer's or other forms of memory loss. The Stutchman family has been in the senior housing and care industry for over 40 years in Northern Nevada.

While many senior communities offer memory care in their line-up of services, at the Arbors we focus entirely on residents with memory loss. Our dedication to those with Alzheimer’s and other memory illnesses is evidenced by our continuous “A” grade from the State of Nevada’s Health Division.

We offer private and companion suites in a comfortable neighborhood environment. We work with each resident and family to determine the best accommodation based on specific needs.

Arbors Memory Care Community is conveniently located just 1 miles north of I-80 in Sparks. We’re one block east of Vista Blvd on East Prater Way, just down the hill from Northern Nevada Medical Center.

Stop by for a personalized tour or call us at 775-331-2229 for more information.
    About My Services
At the Arbors, we believe healthy living involves both physical and emotional health. Our staff is on hand 24 hours a day to support the complex behaviors associated with dementia, as well as to provide assistance with life’s daily activities. We equip our staff with three times the amount of training that is required by the State. We focus on positive caregiver resident relationships as we work with families, physicians and community resource managers to ensure the needs of our residents are met and exceeded.

Our diet has been developed by a registered dietician and was created specifically for our residents with an emphasis on fresh, great-tasting ingredients. We provide housekeeping, medication management, laundry and linen services, a beauty salon and barbershop. The Arbors’ lifestyle promotes health and happiness among our residents and provides an atmosphere where they feel comfortable and at home.
    Experience And Credentials
We have continually received an "A" grade, or equivalent, from the State of Nevada's Health Division since 2004. We have never had to resurvey to achieve this grade.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
We offer all-inclusive, fixed rate pricing. This means that the monthly charge will stay consistent during your loved ones' stay, even as his/her care needs increase. Please call us for our current pricing plans.
