    Orion Star PCH & Assisted Living is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate services to our residents in a family like home setting. We will ensure our residents receive help and assistance with dressing, bathing, medication reminders and other activities of daily living. This elegant home is operated by a qualified RN with extensive Critical care, long term and Gerontology experience and is available 24 hours a day. We maintain monthly wellness programs and will communicate directly to patient family and physician. All staff maintains mandatory required credentials and more. We are located close to shopping area and malls. We provide transportation for field trips and to the beautician. Our Mission is always to provide Excellent Customer Services to our clients.

    Staff certifications and training:
    ALL staff is CNA's certified in CPR and first aid. They maintain all yearly in-services as mandated by the state of Ga. RN on staff has 32 years of nursing experience. Critical and ER, Advanced cardiac life support, CPR AND CPR instructor and first aid certified, experienced in Elder care.

    Patient safety is of outmost importance. If patient’s condition changes and requires emergent medical attention, staff will initiate 911, and then contact family and patient physician. If patient condition changes and facility unable to manage situation, we will contact family for conference to discuss changes and plan of care.

    Group activities, puzzles, arts and crafts, daily exercise, and constant re-orientation to environment.
