    Upper River PCH, Inc. is dedicated to quality and family style living. We offer a home away from home-like atmosphere with the utmost in sceurity and personal care. We focus on providing a caring home where residents can live in a low stree environment, with dignity, comfort and the assurance that help is always available. We offer Long and Short term, Respite and Adult day care. We are located close to Down Town Covington and Covington Square and a Golf Cousre. Twice per month we have a Shopping outing and once per month we allgo out to dinner at our favorite restaurant. The daily activities for living is carried out each day by our trained certified and devoted staff.We are a 24 hour care facility and we are a monitored security alarm system. We provide care up to level 4 in Alzheimer's and Dementia care.We provide only Quality Care her at Upper River, PCH and we are proud of our years of experience and the stability of our residents continuance of residing in dignity in our facility.
