    New Horizons at Choate is a non-profit, non-denominational independent and assisted living retirement community located on the historic site of the former Choate Memorial Hospital, in a lovely residential neighborhood near Horn Pond. Beautiful, unique, private accommodations, utilities, three meals served daily, weekly light houskeeeping, substantial activities program, group transportation aboard a private shuttle bus, and the nicest of caring environments. Assisted living program services are provided by nationally acclaimed Winchester Hospital.
