    Highlights
Proudly providing care to Austin for over four decades, our center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility offering short term rehab and skilled nursing care as well as long term care, hospice and respite services. Our facility is located on tree covered grounds in the historical Travis Heights area of Central Austin on the corner of Congress and Live Oak. At South Congress Care & Rehab, our top priority is to meet your physical, emotional and medical needs because there is no better way to make you feel at home. We take a personal approach in serving every resident, using input from both resident and family to help our health care team develop a plan of care that is right for you. Responsible staff members- from 24 hour a day, licensed nursing staff to social and recreational directors- do their part to create a nurturing environment of healing, growth and hope.
