    At Harbor Heritage Adult Family Home we are committed to giving you or your loved one the quality, dignified compassionate care you deserve. It is our philosophy that "our home is your home". We provide a warm furnished environment or you can bring all your favorites to make it "home". Family is always welcomed and encouraged to visit. We insist on excellence in staffing to ensure you have qualified assistance in a private home environment. Our caregivers are on staff 24 hours a day and are at your service. We provide a full range of care from minimum assistance through end of life so you will not need to move if your care level changes. Our staff provides all cleaning, laundry, food preparation & service, Medication Administration and personal care. We work directly with your personal physician and insurance to maintain the highest level of care specific to your needs. Our staff contracts for many in home services from beautician and foot care to Day Trips and outings. All the staff must meet strict requirements to be employed at Harbor Heritage Adult Family Home. Each staff member has completed the CNA or RNA program, fundamentals of caregiving, CPR/First Aid training, Nurse Delegation, TB screening, Extensive Background Checks, Food Handling & Preparation and ten hours of continuing education each year. The owners are all RNA's and meet all the above credentials along with specialty training in Dementia. We hold regular staff training on resident care, medicine administration and dementia caregiving. We are committed to excellent and skilled care.
