    Elaine's Personal Care Home offers private resident rooms in our elegant home located in a peaceful and charming residential setting in Stone Mountain. The home is located near to major highways, shopping, parks, churches and pharmacies. The home provides options for dependent individuals and active seniors requiring pre or post-nursing home care who want to maintain their independence and privacy, but who require some supervision and support. Our Goal is to provide for those requiring pre or post-nursing home care, with residential style accommodations including services such as housekeeping, laundry service and daily meals. We provide 24-hour care, assistance with activities of daily living, supervision of medication, bathing, dressing and toileting. Customized service and care plans are developed based on individual needs. Residents are able to maximize their independence and participate in activities that promote socialization and friendships.
