    Our services: - Will receive optimal care with dignity and respect. - Is treated as an adult not a child. - Is appreciated for their knowledge and life experiences. - Becomes an integral participant in decisions being made concerning their medical care. In our homes, each resident is monitored for: - Adequate nutritional intake. - Personal hygiene. - Medication planning to manage behavior issues. - Wandering concerns, and the debilitating effects of physical disabilities. Our homes: - Are each licensed by the State of Kansas. - Are safe and secure. - Provide home-cooked meals. - Provide 24-hour nursing supervised care. - Have supervising professional nurses. - Have two supervising LPNs making rounds in each home daily. - Have a house physician and podiatrist. - Have an activity director. - Have the ability to contract beautician and barber services and PT, OT, speech and dietician services.

    Staff certifications and training:
    The groups homes are staffed by certified nurse and medication aides 24 hours per day. Also, they are supervised by a RN, director of nursing, and two LPNs. The agency contracts with a general practitioner who oversees the health and well-being of all of our residents. The residents also have the option of using their own doctor.
