Adjacent to Parker second skilled nursing home, Parker at River Road, serves 61 residents in private and semi-private rooms in comfortable neighborhood-like settings on a 6.5 acre campus with lush greenery and gardens. Added in 2002, Evergreen Way is a neighborhood that provides dementia care services for 12 additional residents. As a registered Eden Alternative home, Parker Home staff has a dedication to creating lives worth living for those in our care.
