    Oak Park Guest Home is a small country Adult Care Home/Assisted Living located in the Appalachin Smokey Mountains Andrews, North Carolina. Great location within city limits, close to school, Dr's. office, senior clubs and shopping. Population 2100. We are an intermidiate care home with trained certified nursing assistances and certified med. techs. that provides one-on-one care. Oak Park offers worry-free stress with diabeties, parkinson, dementia related care, Alzhemers, hospice and respite care. 24 hour personal care and the freedom to come and go with a well-being of life. Our residents can tend in our vegtable garden and flowers. Participate in Community activities, Social clubs, Educational classes starting with wine making to art, carving, basket weaving and folk dancing.
