We are level III Residential Care Homes with a passion for elder care. We have created an environment that is safe, loving, family oriented, and designed to maintain a high level of independence and dignity. Our secure and safe dementia unit offers specialized care for those suffering from memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. When it becomes unsafe, lonely, or both, to stay at home or with family, having to choose alternative living accommodations can be overwhelming. Our staff understands and is happy to lend support in whatever way they can. Moving is never easy and changing your lifestyle is even more difficult. We can answer questions, provide companionship, introduce you to other residents who have had similar concerns – all of which makes the process as easy as possible. We encourage you to spend some time at our facilities. Take a look around, visit with other residents and get a feel of the atmosphere at Ave Maria Home or Our Lady of the Meadows. We think you will find that our environment is just what you are looking for and will meet your every need. Call our office anytime, 7 days a week, with any questions you may have or to make an appointment to speak with one of our office personnel about our home and all it has to offer We welcome your inquiries and look forward to getting to know you and your family better.
