The team at Laurel Estates is an extension of your family; we are here to help with the little things as well as the big things. Resident often comment; on teams commitment to quality and care in a home like setting. 2. Amenities, Laurel Estates offers a wide variety of amenities such as a fitness room, on-site 24 hour staff, a robust activities program, 1 mile for the local senior center pool, transportation provided 6 days a week, concierge service to help you make appointments schedule trips, 3 delicious meals served daily, full kitchen in every apartment with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven, personal emergency response system in very apartment, individually controlled heat and A/C in each apartment. 3. Over 50% of the community is dedicated to resident common area, sitting rooms are located on each floor and can be utilized for meeting with friends and family, the private dining room can accommodate a large group for a family or holiday meal, the only cost associated would be the cost of the catered meal, but families can also provide there own food. 4. Location; Laurel Estates is conveniently located less than a quarter of a mile off of the Boston Post Road (US RT 1) close to stores, shopping and world class restaurants and the CT Post Mall. 5. At Laurel Estates we assist our residents in being as independent as possible, this is our residents home, we provide a clean, safe and well though out community designed specifically for our resident to live and grow on many different levels.
