    Independent, Assisted Living, Memory Impairment unit, 86 apartments, privately owned with a Nursing Home on site for a continuum of care. On 16 acre campus with beautiful landscaped gardens, walking path around building 1/3 mile, putting green, patios, garden boxes, plenty of common areas. Apartment sizes are small & large studios, one bedroom and larger one bedroom, two bedroom and shared units. All apartments have a full kitchenette with sink, microwave, corian tops, and full size refrigerator in all apartments. Full size bathroom with non-skid tile, corian tops,walk-in shower with pull down seat. We provide linens and towels, clean room once a week and change sheets, daily garbage and towel change. Code alert provided as well as quick response in all rooms. Utilities, cable, food and 45 minutes of nursing care provided per apartment price. Full membership to the Wilton YMCA as well as the Four Seasons Racquet Ball Club. Transportation provided for doctor visits. Dining room with dietary staff to serve you. Our Memory Impairment Program, The Evergreen Program has 32 apartments and is specifically designed for people with Memory Impairment. The Evergreen Program provides routine, cueing and structure as well as educationally and mentally stimulating programs, all day, seven days a week.

    Our Memory Impairment program, Evergreen is designed to have a small environment with routine cueing and structure. The Recreational programs are mentally and educationally stimulating. This program is biography based so we continue to introduce new programs that meet all the social needs of our population. We have a music specialist on staff 40 hours a week. Our programs include art history, travel talk, New York Times crossword puzzle, music, and much more including out trips.
