Our care services focus on wellness to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. Emeritus at Woodbridge feels like home the moment you walk through the doors. Our common areas are bright and cheerful and include a spacious dining room, library and TV room, beauty parlor, activities/craft room, snack cart, private dining room for family parties, and two small gathering rooms for small group activities. Our community features studio efficiencies, 1 bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment style living. Residents requiring assistance with Activities of Daily Living may receive the care they need from a 24/7 care staff and nurses who are available daily (12-hours on-site and 12 hours on-call). Individualized care plans are available starting at $500/mo. Residents at Emeritus at Woodbridge have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, including family nights, holiday parties, dances, physical and fitness activities, spiritual faith programs and numerous resident clubs (Bridge, Men’s Club, Poker Club, Jewelry Making, Art, Bingo and more). Exemplary 5 to 1 care ratio! The Memory Care Unit has a dedicated Registered Nurse, Unit Director, Social Director and highly-trained care staff. A special "Join The Journey" program is offered to families to help educate them on the disease process.
