    Tiana Rose Villa, LLC promotes the physical, mental and social well being of our residents. We make every effort to create a warm, caring environment. All residents benefit from a variety of services designed to maintain their health, independence and dignity. Oru residents enjoy the personilized care and services needed to enhance and enrich their lives. From taking medications, getting dressed to getting around, Assistance is always close at hand. Tiana Rose Villa, LLC is a three private room facility. The latest technology in fire protection utilizing synchronized sprinkler system and smoke detectors have been installed in the facility compliant with state fire security regulatory standards.

    Residential-Elderly Administrator Certification Program. Retained every 2 years. Staff of Tiana Rose Villa, LLC will receive in-service training on handling emergencies while at the facility. Procedures include assessing emergency, contacting Licensee/Admin. and calling for emergency personnel.Specific Training related to dementia care will include the following: 1. Procedure for notifying resident's physician, family members or responsible persons when a resident's behavior or condition changes.2. Safety nmeasures to address behaviors such as wandering,aggressive behavior and ingestion of toxic materials. 3. General dementsia care issues, including hydration, skin care, communication, therapeutic activities, behavioral challenges, the environment, and assisting with ADL's. 4 Recognizing symptoms that may create or afggravate dementia behavior's such as dehydration, urinary tract infections (UTI's), and problems with swallowing. 5. Recognizing the effects of medications commonly rsed to treat the symptoms of dementia.
