    Our second skilled nursing home, Parker at River Road, serves 61 residents in private and semi-private rooms in comfortable neighborhood-like settings on a 6.5 acre campus with lush greenery and gardens. Added in 2002, Evergreen Way is a neighborhood that provides dementia care services for 12 additional residents. As a registered Eden Alternative home, Parker Home staff has a dedication to creating lives worth living for those in our care. Our Services  24-hour skilled, personalized nursing by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Aides  Active involvement of residents in choosing their primary care physicians  Rehabilitation services available on the premises  Three nutritious, well-presented meals served daily in restaurant-style dining rooms  Catered social events available for residents and their families  Engaging and varied activities adapted to each resident’s individual physical, mental and cognitive capabilities  Opportunities for community-integrating, intergenerational, and recreational events  Needs of residents and their families supported by Social Services staff  Housekeeping services and laundry provided  Transportation available for social outings and events Admission to Parker at Landing Lane and Parker at River Road is based on completion of an application, financial qualification and placement on the waiting list.
