    Regal Palms is located in the heart of Pinellas County. We offer spacious rental apartments from studios to three bedrooms and a full menu of additional services tailored to one’s wants and needs. All apartments are equipped with a call system that notifies the nursing staff immediately if anyone is in need of assistance. Our staff is required to go through an extensive training process and must remain current with their continuing education when applicable.

    Regal Palms operates with a month to month lease. We only require a 30-day notice from our residents if they choose to move out.
