    Courtyard Estates Assisted Living Communities provide independent and assisted living services in a beautiful community setting, promoting resdient-driven, active lives for seniors. Courtyard Estates communities are located in rural settings- quiet and peaceful environments, but within convenient access to all Des Moines metro locations. The communities are single, one-story buildings, with no stairs or elevators. Courtyard Estates management provides excelent leadership and training for all staff- staff who trully enjoy dedicating their lives to ensuring that seniors live a great life! Meals are based upon resdient-choice, with menu-style dining for all meals. And, the dining room is always open! Courtyard Estates promotes independent living; however, as a persons helath declines, we can provide a wide range of nursing services. Our nursing services are indeed the best. Courtyard Estates provides all of your utulities, including cable tv and internet service. Housekeeping and laundry are done weekly to your specifications. Enjoy 5-7 varied activities daily, with excursions regularly and religious services weekly as well.
