Culpepper Place of Springdale, conveniently located off Highway 412 near the prestigious Har-ber Meadows area, offers exceptional assisted living in an apartment-style setting. Our goal is to keep our residents as independent as possible, while providing the support and personal care necessary for many older adults to maintain an active lifestyle. Both permanent and temporary stays are available. Our Wellness Program includes specialized exercise classes, a walking club, mental exercises, heart healthy menu choices, and educational presentations. Specially trained staff, under the direction of two LPN's, provide assistance with a wide range of personal care and assistance, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, keeping track of medications, or just the assurance that knowledgeable staff is available around the clock if needed. At Culpepper Place, we realize that dining is important to our residents. Our talented dietary team prepares three scrumptious meals a day, with several choices available at each meal. An abundant salad bar compliments the noon and evening meals, and all meals are served reataurant style. An important part of the Culpepper Place experience is the activity program. Our Activity Directors plan a full schedule, with a variety of activities seven days a week. From exercise to games to excursions in our comfortable bus - or just socializing with neighbors - there are many options from which to choose. A new favorite is attending the baseball games at the new, nearby Arvest Stadium. In addition to the spacious apartments, our residents enjoy a beautiful living room with sitting areas, a library, an open, airy dining room, fitness room, beauty salon, private dining room, and a large parlor area complete with big-screen television. Courtyards, patios and a paved walking path surrounding the building provide for outdoor enjoyment. Culpepper Place also offers comfortable and conveniently scheduled transportation throughout the surrounding area. An escort can be provided for medical appointments, if necessary, at no charge. The philosophy of Culpepper Place evolved from a rich heritage of caring FOR and caring ABOUT people. For over 50 years, the Foster family has provided a unique combination of health care for seniors, along with heartfelt hospitality. With their continued guidance, the employees of Culpepper Place strive to bring the spirit of the resident's home to the assisted living community, where there is freedom within the secutiry of loving guidance and compassion. This unique lifestyle is the key to the "Spirit of Culpepper Place", where we listen not only with our ears, but with our hearts.
